Cape Climate Air Conditioning

Great service received from the Cape Climate team. Quick to respond to emails and their workmanship is decent. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.I had opted to use Cape Climate's recommended electrician for the electrical work purely for the convenience factor and was left underwhelmed especially since the electrician had charged a premium compared to other quotes I had received (50% more). A lot of shortcuts were taken. Circuit breakers were not clipped in securely to the DB board, wires were not covered with trunking or clipped to the wall, dust and fingerprint marks were left all over the DB board and ceiling access panel, holes that were made to route wires were not sealed/covered up afterwards.Based on the above, I will definitely recommend Cape Climate for future aircon installations however do not use their electrician for any of the electrical work - the premium charged is not worth it.

Excellent Service! Punctual, Extremely neat workmanship, Professional and they were not even 2hours in and out and they cleaned up. Mark and his team, well done on a proper job. I will highly recommend them, any day!

Michael, the electrician they use is awesome - he gives great guidance (during unexpected and unplanned logistics issues we encountered), is knowledgeable and knew exactly what was going on. Michael was so helpful and clear in his explanations and recommendations and was overall fantastic.I had the pleasure of Andre and his team installing the actual AC unit. They arrived on time and provided absolutely amazing, astounding work. We had a complex job and encountered snags all over the place, however he was calm and collected and practical in his guidance. They did an amazing job of working through all the issues and thinking out the box on how to make things nice and neat at the end of the day. They cleaned up nicely afterward and worked the whole day into the early evening to ensure that the job was 100% right.I expect a lot from people in terms of their attitude, workmanship and the quality of work and Michael, Andre and team managed to meet these expectations - it was an absolute pleasure, thank you all!

Mark and the team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The installation was quick and professional(the team even arrived early). The team members on site were professional, helpful and polite, including the electricians who installed additional isolators to our DB board. They left the site spotless and we are very happy with the finished product. I cannot recommend their services highly enough. Worth every cent!

Excellent service. Neat and timely installation

Cape Climate, not only did an excellent job installing AC's for me, but also installed solar panels and an inverter system. They are professional, reliable, punctual and the team (including electrician/s) did an excellent job. Their work is neat and they did it in less time than anticipated. Michael, the electrician, patiently explained the more technical stuff to us and helped us afterwards to get our geyser connected to the system too - without charging us extra. Thank you Mark for ensuring all ran like clock work, we LOVE our system and loadshedding is a thing of the past. I can highly recommend Cape Climate.

We approached 3 companies, Mark responded promptly to our email enquiry with a clear breakdown of the costs involved and we proceeded with an initial site visit.André turned up and went through with us various options until we found a solution were happy with. A revised quote + appropriate brochures followed and a second site visit was arranged to finalize everything.Installation took 2 days, this slightly overran but André and his team put in a 12 hour day to ensure the unit was up and running by day 2 deadline. During installation, André came up with practical & good solutions / workarounds to resolve all unexpected issues that came up. We really must commend André, he and his installation team worked very hard.In summary, the company was very professional and Mark ensured all niggling issues were dealt with to our satisfaction.We would happily recommend Cape Climate, we were very clear on what we wanted, and they delivered an excellent unit for us. They all worked very hard to ensure we are happy customers.
