What I like about this company is it's reliability and longevity, together with helpful and friendly staff. We don't see them often, since their termite treatment is guarenteed for five years; they keep their records well, and know who we are and where we live within minutes. And their response to a call is swift. I phoned on Monday and on Wednesday morning the two-man team arrived, cheerful, efficient and swift. They were finished in about hour. This has been our fourth treatment for termites - sounds horrific, but that was over a period of 20 years in an acknowledged termite area. I think they are brilliant, they certainly live up to their name.
