worst customer service and business ever, after repeated calls for their banking details finally get it after 4 months as a final notice. and then get told its my word against theirs about my inquiries. as they do not have my calls on record. stay away from this place

Worst customer service ever I have received. Wish I had known wouldn't have used them, but they came highly recommended by our Physio. They have put the phone down on me and I was told they don't want to hear my stories and they are tired of my nonsense, all because I am asking about my device.
