Friendly staff! All interaction with Danella (I think that's her name) was pleasant and effortless. This Suzuki service was long overdue, so I expected to pay a hefty sum but I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the invoice. Suzuki Paarl didn't bother me with claims that my car needed this-or-that, they strictly kept to the basic service requirements. Oh! and they left a cute little pack of sweets to say thank you.Will definitely recommend this team!

Shocking service when there is a problem.I had the best from Rainer when I was signing my contract. Now, my new car is full of rust - ALL over the vehicle - and Rainer Talbot could not be bothered to help me. He fobbed me off onto Danilah Gordon, who was equally unhelpful.Both have not replied to my last two emails. Neither could tell me how long an assessment would take. Neither bothered by the fact that the entire car startded to rust after 1 year. It doesn't even bother them.To escalate this to Suzuki SA, which has been hell, I am currently getting help from a Dealer Principal of a completely separate group. The person helping me has not earned a single cent from my purchase but has arranged the evaluations and is escalating on my behalf.I see Rainer has moved to used cars sales. If this is my experience with a new car then warning: tread carefully!Prior to having an issue, I would have said I felt valued. After this, I would say: Don't buy from this branch. Once they have your money, they honestly don't care!

Wish I could rate them 10/5. Excellent service, they were fast and efficient. Rainier is the best car sales consultant ever, he really went the extra mile while dealing with us. If you want a good car at a good price with great service ask for Rainier at Suzuki Paarl.

10/10 for this amazing dealership. I recently moved from Joburg and needed a service for my beloved Jimny. I highly commend Danilah for her excellent customer service and for being exceptionally organised.Thank you also to Patrick for dropping me off and collecting me safely in Franschhoek and to the person who cleaned my car, it is shiny shiny and almost brand new.Thank you Suzuki Paarl for going above and beyond ******(all the stars :))
