Upper deck 18 was dissapointly poorly accessorized, such as no iron or ironing board, bedding and towels were not up to standard, Geyser was switched off, without me being addressed to switch on, no potato peeler, housekeeping not to my liking, no sanitizer, I booked for 7 days, only to be told it's serviced without fresh towels, toilet paper, or dish towels, after addressing all my concerns with the agent, the owner refused to provide the necessary, for the rate charged, it does not meet the requirements of luxury, beds are 1star, the owner needs to really jack this unit compared to the other luxury units which meets all the needs of the family, not even a washing machine or wifi
