Village at Yard 41, Howick
Lovely view from the upstairs balcony. Where you are overlooking the Umngeni Valley Nature Reserve. I was able to see the river and a few rare sightings of wildlife from my lunch chair. Its always a pleasure to spend time here.I recommend the Chai latte. And the roast vegetable wrap. The chips were also delicious. The serving was so big, I barely finished my meal.

A pleasant environment. My companion likes it as the coffee is good. I however rate places on their baked goods and was not overly impressed. There were 3 people working on their laptops at various tables and they seemed find it a good working environment.

A place to stop by on a long-distance trip passing Howick. The food is always amazing. It feels like the owners put thought into every little bit of thing in the restaurant, from the decor to the uniform to how your meal is garnished. My flat white is constantly made to perfection.

Service was friendly but poor. Extremely slow. Long wait for the meal. Waitress not trained in correct method of waiting on guests. Vegetarian options available, these can be modified into vegan options. Setting is lovely especially outside seating. The pizzas looked very good and probably would be best option.

Awesome restaurant with beautiful views, warm atmosphere, children's play area and very friendly staff. Had really great pizza and their coffee and cocktails are amazing. Their breakfast menu is also out of this world. Love their rustic decor.

It’s my regular and favourite place to go to when I want to cheer myself, my sister and some friends with nice food or to have a slice of cake. I also go there for my business meetings with my business partners and they also enjoy everything , food, the environment and the view as well as being served by the most friendly staff. Keep it up.

Village was a perfect lunch stop in Howick. The space is so refreshing and the food was delicious. The service was friendly and attentive, and we thoroughly enjoyed our lunch here.The menu is offers a range of tasteful and healthy breakfasts, lunches and snacks. As well as the full complement of coffees and treats. They even offer a pleasing array of non-alcoholic Gins, Wines and Beers.I'll be back here very soon and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.(I'd also recommend popping by Ground in Hilton for their more café/coffee-focused edition)

Beautiful restaurant and good food. During load-shedding they cannot make all the foods on the menu. Recommended!
