Been to this business in an emergency and their assistance was brilliant, to say the least. They opened the shop and started helping immediately. I was back at my office just after 8. I found their service so good that I went back there three weeks later to replace my inverter battery, and again they get a thumbs-up.Well worth the visit

The service was really good and honest here.I had an issue with my battery and the gentleman did a PH test, which the battery failed. However, instead of insisting on replacement, he suggested that the battery be subjected to an electronic test on a special machine they use on site. The battery passed this test, saving me roughly R1400. The gentleman suggested I return later this week for another PH test, to see if the liquids need to be attended to, or whether it is adviseable to replace the battery. This is my battery store of choice and I highly recommend them.

Excellent, friendly service and competitive pricing (first 2 visits).Unfortunately on my third visit I failed to even be greeted or served. Busy at the time but to be left standing in a corner without any response and avoided eye contact is not up to the standard I have received in the past. Moved my business elsewhere.
