AIRND is the best company that I have used so far. They are always on time, they contact you when a product is not available. I like to be able to pay by Zapper. Excellent service. Thank you for a great shopping experience.

Unfortunately, had to edit my review. Items that were out of stock were never refunded and the owner Kowen van Harte finds it very comical that I informed him that I want an immediate refund as well as the list of items being refunded. I will most definatley not recommend this services and will not be using them again. Regretting using them in the first place. Do not use!!Fantastic service! Quick and efficient delivery and excellent communication from the personal shopper that was assigned. Thank you Luzanne Herbst for excellent service

Was worried this was a scam site. But they were fast, and delivered my 10 bottles of tequila at a time I was truly struggling to source tequila in country. About to use them again...

My order total was more than R1000 and on that, as their website promises, I would not pay any delivery costs. However, they did not have a certain item in stock and then charged me delivery costs plus an additional service fee on the 3 minor items they could acquire. So be prepared that the so-called free delivery for purchases above R1000 is just a gimmick - you will pay if not all the items on your order are in stock.
