I have waited for a refund for Justin Bieber tickets for over two months now. The messages sent on Facebook and their customer service forum remain unanswered. I have received multiple emails that my refund has been processed, but the money is not there, so they are obviously lying. I expect interest with my refund (if I ever receive it), since my money has been lying in their account for several months now. Get your act together and process my refund.

Been to Andrea Bocelli at Val de Vie, Bad planning of toilets for the number of people and arena type layout turned to flat surface chairs with restricted views of the stand for just R2,100.00!

No ticket refunds on cancelled shows. Justin Bieber tickets still not paid out. They blame Ticket Master, Ticket Master blames bank, bank blames Ticket Master. And so it goes. Yet, THIS is the company that brought the show to SA.

Rubbish company that robs people of their refunds. Justin Bieber is just one of many instances. Will never support you again no matter what celebrity comes to South Africa. Will go see them through another events promoter like AnythingGoes.

Event company that mainly organize and stage live shows.Bringing international artist to South Africa to perform in the major cities.

Missed half of Justin Bieber’s show because of ticket problems. The print out said that “this is your ticket” but when I got to the door I was told that it’s not my ticket and I had to go stand in a long line to get the actual ticket. Don’t have a print at home option if it does not work.

I feel South Africa deserves better.1) Not specifying the gate and show times in advance.2) Closing the main routes to the stadium to direct all the traffic to the general area again without communicating to the attendees is just idiotic. Sending a map with the allocated areas and showing which routes are closed would have saved a lot of attendees a massive amount of frustration.3) Allocating an area specifically for drop-off is common practice at all of these events internationally. Why could this not be implemented?4) Maybe take a couple of minutes to access the actual route the concert attendees would have to take before and after the concert. This was actually a safety concern, pathetic.5) Not opening the gates in time when the concert was done is also a mayor safety concern.Thank you for ruining a show which should have been an awesome event.
