Terrible experience, will not buy from them again. They didn't have stock of a book, which I already paid for at the beginning of the year, then they tell me a month before the exam it is there, but due to Covid, I couldn't collect. I asked them to please credit the book, as I wrote the exam already, or I can change it for another subject textbook but they said no, they cannot do anything. So terrible really.

Very helpful & wonderful service. They even give advise to avoid one from purchasing the same book if you previously bought it but are unsure. It's rare to find such sincere people in this world where everyone wants to make quick rand at the expense or loss of another. Well done Book Express. I am almost at the end of my degree & have been buying my books there. I will definitely spread the word for others to visit your store.

Requested a quote from them in January 2023, 3 months later still no response even after I called them, and they undertook to come back to me including several emails later which they don't respond to at all anymore.

Terrible service! paid for book (what they call prepaid order) was promised the book will be delivered in the week after the payment was received. No follow-up calls made to me advising or delays or trouble with the publisher. When I call to follow up everything is a black whole on the publishers end! Will never buy books from them again! I'm still waiting for my book and no refund is possible.

My go to for academic textbooks. Haven't had any problems with ordering & delivery online. They responded promptly to my mails would definitely recommend them over Bright Books, if you're looking for CIMA textbooks/guides. I pay cash whenever I buy here so can't comment on their efficiency when a client uses NSFAS
