Always clean establishment. Staff friendly.

Front end staff need to acknowledge we do not owe them and we certainly are not doing them a favor by shopping here. I am appalled by the lack of customer service and the way they feel they want to react to different customers. If you as a customer do not make their friendly list forget about have a pleasant experience. So sad as to what could have been a great environment for customers.

Friendly staff. Lots of instore specials. The store is always clean. Parking in front with wheelchair access.

This store is spotless! The employees are always tidying and stocking up the shelves.Get some good specials on the meat, bread and cheese. Perfect for getting last minute supplies to braai.

Always friendly but the pricing of some items seems crazy

At several occasions I found out that I paid higher price for items than the price displayed at the shelf …I raised this matter once to the teller ,it wasn’t much I let it go she said that they forgot to change the price and she will notify the manager …today same thing happened…the price was higher by R 10 I returned to the store and double checked the price on the shelf …spoke to the manager and got the difference back …I am writing this review to raise awareness for this store customers and manager .this is not the first time that this happens ….check the prices on shelf and make sure it’s the correct price for the item you are buying ,there is a scanner next to the bread shelf scan your item to know what you paying for really …don’t wait until you go to the till as you will be faced with attitude …the stuff claims that they forget to change the price but if this keeps happening I assure you it will be reported as shelf fraud …

A small store but they are well stocked and always clean. The parking can be a bit tricky if it is full

TERRIBLE!!!Store was neat and tidy. My first time trying food there. No chicken available so I opted for Russians, Rolls and Calamari.The calamari was drenched in oil, the Russians were made of Rubber, and the rolls were stale. R50 in the rubbish bin. Only thing I could consume was the Stony cooldrink.Terrible waste of money and time

1st visit. No crowding which was great. Early morning and already cooked food?Some specials were available. Close to other ameneties. I will revisit. Thanks.
