Beautiful venue, friendly staff and great customer service. I took my almost 3 year old son here for the first time for a haircut yesterday with Storm and had an excellent experience. My son usually refuses to let anyone cut his hair BUT yesterday he sat happily while she did it. She's amazing with children and helps them relax and feel comfortable. Thank you, Storm. He looks great. We will definitely be regular customers.

Since I have moved to PE, I have struggled to find a hairdresser that can cut my hair - it was just never cut as I want it.Twané, from Hair by Ida, did a consultation with me before we started and then after cutting, asked if I am happy. I asked her to cut it shorter and she asked a colleague for advice. Her colleague made a recommendation and Twané followed through. The end result was perfect! Thank you, Twané for a job well done!
