Appalling serviceI am very disappointed in the service I received from property agent Karen from the Toti rental office of Remax. She is the most unprofessional individual I’ve had the displeasure to work with.I saw a property for rent for R13400 and I expressed my interest and I told her I’m interested in the property, I further told her that I’d would to rent the property with out seeing it as I'm in pretoria and relocating to the coast, I asked her for the relevant documents so I could start with application process. To this day, she deliberately ignored all communication from me.if I phone and ask she busy taking a friend some where or she does not answer. Other co-workers had to inform me that the client first want to go for an interview and then he will decide if he wants to let the property why advertise it if there is no intention of renting itI am extremely disappointed at how unprofessional Remax employees are and don't care if this ReMax sales are not affiliated with them you brand is being dragged with them do something about it.

Absolutely unhelpful and did not give me an accurate and honest assessment of the flat that I purchased. The complex is laden with debt which I was not made aware of and I feel that he took no initiative to research and advise me accordingly especially because i was a first time buyer. I dealt with Roy Naicker and in retrospect I believe that he was primarily concerned with making a sale without considering the ramifications for myself thereafter.

Will never deal with Remax Toti again. Their statement system and person working with that is pathetic. I am waiting now 21 days for the refund of my deposit. Can just imagine how long I will wait for my Electricity and Water deposit. Getting ignored for the pass 2 days. Very quick to get money from you but when they need to deliver a service they can't deliver. When I complained about no parking available at the unit that I was promised to be sorted I got told that if I am not happy I can find another place.

My father had passed away and Gary and the entire Remax team went above and beyond to assist my brother and I in selling my parent's house. Their sensitivity during this difficult time was exceptional. What could've easily been a terrible experience turned into a thoroughly rewarding experience. Thank you.

I really recommend you use another agency if you want to get an honest deduction off your deposit.
