walked In to the store ready to purchase an item when we enquired about it we were told to go and look with no assistance offered. The tone of the lady was very rude. We have previously purchased from several different branches but this will be my last experience with Sterns considering the way my wife was spoken to

Terrible service...bought our wedding rings there 23 yrs ago, took hubby's ring in for them to make it bigger. When we fetched it, the ring was smaller.. we had to pay and will have to pay again because now they need to make the ring BIGGER again. BAD SERVICE same day took in my daughters ring(R1200), bought it for her 21st in Feb. 2022, they made the ring smaller for her, ring broke, took it in for repairs, quotation to fix it is almost R900. What a rip off!!!Will never deal will STERNS ever again. Please be careful.

You've got beautiful rings, but your staff needs to improve when it comes to customer services, you walk inside the store with no 1 assisting you, you call for help no greeting no smile, you want to try different rings but it seems like you asking a lot of work for her, they don't even suggest or give variety of options for you like American Swiss. The service is very bad

Walked in to look at jewelery with my husband. The 2 ladies just ignored us and continued chatting to each other. We had to call for assistance. When she came, Florence had such a bad attitude. She was very reluctant to assist us as if she was so annoyed we where there. She did not even greet us or offer any advice. A very bad experience been treated that way as customers.

i always get such disgusting service from stern at clearwater mall, the staff and manager is always so rude,no assistance just dirty looks and bad attitudes when they have to help you, this is not the first time the staff at stern do not know what customer service is and the manager as well its pathetic.

I have been trying to get an item I bought , refunded . However, they NEVER have cash on hand and I’m told to leave my number , they will call me when they have cash .Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.I tried calling 3 times in the last 2 days and the phone is never answered.I was in the store twice last week and the phone was ringing , all the staff members ignore the phone ringing and no one bothers to answer.Definitely my last purchase here!

Taken my money, did a personalized pendent incorrectly and now I must wait wait while all the money has been paid and NOONE can tell me I will get it back. Absolutely disgusting!!
