H & D Propshaft Centre

Very professional. After 60000 km my Mahindra propshaft need to be repaired. Mahindra wanted to charge around 12000 to repair with there parts that more than likely would not last.H&D replace all moving parts in the propshaft with parts that can actually be serviced and greased. I know it is going to last a lot longer.Thanks guys from H&D

Quick and great service from them. Took my Hilux in for a drive shaft service. Phoned me 2 hours later to say we are done. Universal joints and centre bearing replaced and balance done!!

Very rude and unprofessional service from owner. Vehicle was taken back 3 times to have the vibration issue rectified. They blamed it on the fact that it was a conversion done on the vehicle when they could not sort out the vibration issue. Propshaft bolts also came loose after 60km of driving and left the vehicle inoperable. Upon taking it back to have the issue rectified a week after the initial job was done, I was very rudely told by the owner himself that it is my problem and they refuse to work on the vehicle or fix their mistake of not using lock bolts on the propshaft initially. Would not recommend this place to anyone for the simple fact that they do not pride themselves in customer service and only worry about the money aspect of things. No aftersales service whatsoever. Will be taking this matter up further and making the public aware of this.

Wow, what professional and excellent service with such a human touch. I took in a very expensive to repair ML350 cdi, and whilst most businesses would have charged a handsome fee, but not these guys. I don't hesitate to recommend H &D Propshaft Centre.

Shop not easy to find. Did not receive service due to them not wanting to assist me. They asked to only come back on the 19th and then even to leave the vehicle for two days at them. Decided to go elsewhere.

Great service and friendly Staff, Quoted me on a price for a new Outer CV joint, when I took the car in they managed to get a discount on the part and gave it to me cheaper. They are honest and their work is good. Can definitely recommend them. They are also very affordable

Excellent SERVICE. Collected my spring blades within minutes after calling them for the first time and I am not even situated in the same area. Had my blades back with in an hour and half. WELL DONE

1st time client and was pleasantly surprised by the energetic and enthusiastic reception. Was quoted verbally for the job and given an estimated time of 3 hrs to complete the job. Was called a short while later with the set price then another short while later to confirm the job had been completed and ready for collection. Later when I collected the item it was cleaned and spray painted and looked like new!I think this was really good service and gave me some food for thought about how I can improve on my customer service.Well done guys.
