FNB Bank ATM Vaal Mall- Diskem

Shocking mannerisms from the staff, they don't take anyone seriously and make unprofessional comments. One staff member was running, like a zombie with her arms stuck out, across the floor for no reason - all this after abandoning a customer with no explanation and ran screaming some inaudible nonsense back to customer.Tshepo, whose name I remember, was disrespectful and had a serious attitude. They scream across the room when talking to one another, while customers are left unattended.You'd think it's a practical joke. Shocking!!!Tshepo goes on to advise me not to use online banking nor the FNB app and rather come into the bank as they need the sales. Shocked!!!

customer service not the best, I've been waiting for like 50 minutes inside, then got the ticket from then... still waiting

Don't recommend using FNB I had to clame a funeral policy. Went to the branch with all my paperwork and said it could take up to 48 hours. It's been more than a week and numerous calls and still no payout.. I'll be moving my business elsewhere
