We were so blessed to have experienced the Sensory Dining experience with Chef Gerhard in our own home! The presentation of this 5 course set menu was tasty, theatrical, elegant, and thoutfully prepared. We are his biggest fans since experiencing this dining event! I highly recommend Chef Gerhard for any cooking experience!

Gerhard did the catering for a breakfast that I hosted for my birthday. It was an absolute pleasure working with Gerhard from start to finish. The food was extremely delicious, and thoroughly enjoyed by all my guests. I would recommend Food Ink for any occasion and I will definitely have them cater again for me in the future.

The chef was professional, knowledgeable, and a true culinary artist.From the moment I contacted Food Ink, I could tell that they were dedicated to making my event a success. They took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, and worked closely with me to create a menu that was tailored to my tastes. On the day of the event, the chef arrived early to prepare and set up, and the results were nothing short of stunning.Every dish that was served was expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were unique and exciting, yet still familiar and comforting. The guests at my event were raving about the food all night, and I heard comments like best meal I've ever had" and "I want this chef at all of my events." Chef Gerhard also went above and beyond by accommodating any dietary restrictions

If I could rate Food Ink more than 5 stars a would! What an incredible experience, Gerhard and his team put on the most magical evening for my mom's 60th. They travelled from Joburg to Durban to give us the 5 course sensory experience and wine tasting, it was indescribable and Gerhard is so knowledgeable while being fun and playful which created the perfect atmosphere. I can't thank Food Ink enough for giving us a once in a lifetime experience.

I ordered platters for a function I was hosting this past weekend and there were compliments all around. The food was tasty and fresh, and there was a wide variety of options to choose from. I will definitely be contacting Gerhard for any future catering!

What a fantastic experience! Food was delicious, wine pairing was great, Chef Gerhard was a wonderful host and Clayton was phenomenal! A great time was had by all. Highly recommended!
