Top quality service regarding repairing of camera equipment. But the communication with clients does have room for improvement: emails are not answered but calls do. So therefor I believe they can improve their communications when clients have questions via email.

I can not recommend Digital Camera Services enough. They are the best in the business and looked after, fixed and cleaned my camera beautifully. If I move away from Cape Town I will still courier my gear to them no matter how far away I am. That is how good they are!
