Almost two hours were spent waiting for the dentist receptionist to attend to me. In the end, I left without seeing the dentist because I couldn't spend almost half my day there anymore. Good dentist, but needs to improve on administration.

Horrible experience.The dentist had no patience, and was not gentle at all.I was, however, very happy with my scaling.
