Heaven's Nest

Well organized shelter/orphanage taking care of kids and babies. Based in the southern suburbs of Cape Town, they do excellent work and would encourage our local community to support with any donations monetary or non perishable items.

Wow Doing a good job taking care of abandoned kids

My grade 10 daughter and 3 other students did their Life Orientation project at Heavens Nest from 9am till they had to do voluntary work for three hours, there's only 14 children at Heavens Nest so they could work out a detailed itenary for the morning, they really enjoyed the whole experience of being in control of the kids and all there needs and activities, from art work, to making sandwhiches together, cupcake decorating, ball games outside, face painting and story telling and a little party to finish everything off. It is a well established place with two aunties looking after them very neat and organised.
