Very rare nowadays as most businesses will first state their call out fee, not tell you to try resolve it yourself first and then charge an 'arm and a leg'. May your business be blessed

Inverter battery replacement. The Johannesburg division is unreliable. They do not come on the agreed upon dates. They have constantly to be chased up. Their written quotations are like the proverbial pie-crust promise - meant to be broken. Expect to pay a 70% deposit on the original quotation and 30% more than originally quoted in writing on the total amount. The balance has to be paid UNDER DURESS. The technician is not allowed to leave your premises until the ballooned balance has been deposited with proof of payment in Leander's bank account..The worst company I have ever done business witall Appalling business practices. The techniciaccount. The most unethical company I have ever dealt with. You'll note that I seldom post bad reviews! Avoid them like the plague. Check out review on Helllopeter.
