Whilst the drivers and packers were great - very professional and lovely to deal with, the admin and operations left much to be desired.Somehow they were double booked on the day that we needed to move. Instead of making appropriate plans, they made us wait most of the day for the moving truck - shifting the ETA multiple times. They were not communicative at all, requiring us to make multiple phone calls and text to find out the status.All in all, a terrible experience! Moving is stressful and tiring enough without unreliable service. Do not recommend!

Never Been a Client… But had their vehicle almost cause me an accident, with reckless driving in a residential area, bypassing cars waiting at a robot heading straight to oncoming traffic. When reporting it to ”Management” and sending pictures of their drivers(as abruptly requested), No apologies was given.I most certainly wouldn’t want my belongings on their tracks.

I took a last minute decision to use a removal company. Michelle and her team jumped at the opportunity and did a spectacular job.Professional, affordable, punctual, friendly and willingness to assist.I highly, highly recommend them as a company, I know that I shall use them again!Thank you for your help, Michelle!!!

Great service! Required an immensley heavy photocopier moved at short notice, it was collected and delivered within a couple of hours. The amount I paid was very reasonable, and I would have no hesitation in making use of this companies services in the future.

I needed to move some furniture from my home to the student apartment where I am currently renting. I was told to contact Artpink Transport by a friend of mine. They came on time, handled my furniture with care and helped me move into my new home. They have great customer services and I'd like to recommend them to anyone needing stuff to be moved.

If you want your already stressful moving day to get worse, hire Artpink. The moving truck was 6 hours late (you heard that correctly) forcing us to work into the night. This was due to a double booking by a very incompetent admin assistant.Furthermore the owner of the company, Michelle, is incredibly rude. After we paid the deposit she berated us for not making it instant (which would have cost us more). Then once the delivery truck finally arrived at our new home she instructed the crew not to offload our goods until we paid the rest of the fee. This after very poor service delivery. She still decided to hold us hostage. Her poor crew were disheartened as well since they had to work overtime (without pay, food or drink).I would recommend anyone other than Artpink.P.S. They later followed up on this complaint and berated my wife for not understanding. I'm beginning to think this company does not know the first thing about how to run a business or about customer relations.

WOW !! What great service !! I cannot fault ARTPINK. Stewart and Richard packed, loaded and delivered on time as promised 10/10 guys and Nomatter handled the admin to perfection. From the enquiry to the execution I was contacted regularly to check that my plan had not changed. Forget the big boys in removals --- ARTPINK is the real thing. I highly recommend this company. It was worth every cent I was charged and I got exceptional value for money.

The service was really great,The guys arrived on time and were very gentle with my stuff…it was raining but they had all the necessary equipment to ensure my furniture does not get damaged by the rain. I was chatting to Steven on whatsapp and he was very helpful in the most stressful period. I would recommend

I'm not a trusting person, so choosing a moving company was stressful. Artpink were professional and efficient. They moved everything with care and responded excellently to my last minute booking.
