Not impressed. I was told that the wait would be around 90min to 120min. No problem... but after all that time, the vehicle was not clean. The rubber bits around the windows still had dust on, the side mirrors still had dust on it, the back of the bakkie has not been hosed down, the interior seats still looked a bit old. The vehicle was nice and shiny... but there was still some areas that did not get the desired attention. Not bad.... but also not great

Very dissapointing to see how the manager takes special care of certain cars when we all pay the same price! Frustrating when you are in a hurry to leave and the staff just sits around leaving 1 person to work on your car. Because they work 1:1.... so lets focus on working 1:1 and not on getting the customer helped as quickly as possible... what a strange way to work. Service used to be brilliant.... cab't say that anymore... Frustrated and not happy.

Please check your vehicle before leaving, my wife took my vehicle for a wash as i was out of town for business from the wash bay into the garage only today when i arrived back and pulled the vehicle out notice part of my bumper missing, went straight to the carwash to check of they might still have it glogged in the drain or somehwere only to be disgarded and in an offensice manner told they will not take responsibility and will phone if they find something, customer care is not in their business proposal i quess.
