Excellent cool welcoming food beverages all in all what you need from fun park

Very poor service as there's no signage to where the main entrance is from outside. 2ndly when you get to the venue there's no one who tells you were you need to go and give you ideas of the place, and when you get your food it is Cold . Also why are we paying R50 for kids entrance yet they need to pay for Rides and Trampoline it makes no sense but otherwise clean place and very family friendly just Improve on the service.

Service a bit slow but it's a fun place for the kids.The food is good. And pricing is not bad. Was here for +- 7 hours, and spent about R500(meals and alcoholic beverages).Biggest turn off for me though, was the different school groups that were there, it was just a lot of kindergarten chaos. Perhaps host school groups on certain days?

I had no idea that this place a great place to take your kids. There are many things to do at Funtasia fun park. The kids can play on the watery slides or the jungle Jim. There are also trampolines that they can jump on, for a price of just R20 excluding the price of the socks which is also R20. The food and the drinks were very tasty and indulging. I had a great time at Funtasia fun park.

For the kids it's got a variety of jungle gyms and stuff to do, it's a large area so you run after the little ones to keep them under your eye. As for the people that work there, well the servers are poorly trained and the people that look after the kids and rides aren't very friendly and zero people skills. The food is shocking bad to be kind, a couple of months ago I ordered the seafood platter and it was a train wreck, the prawn was grainy and fell apart(old and will make you sick) the fish was undercooked, the muscles were rubber and wierd tasting. I did not eat the food and spoke to the manager they apologised so we left and thought we'll try again some other day. My wife and I tried their food again this weekend(something simple so they can't mess it up) wifey omelet and me breakfast. What they put on her plate was not an omelet, 1kg molten cheese mess floating on a dam of oil and water, no egg in sight, my pork bangers were sour tasted off, now I'm fed up expecting me to pay them to make us sick, I don't want to know in what sanitary state their kitchen is.

This place is every child's dream. You won't go wrong visiting this place for the sake of the kids. As far and food and service is concerned, not the place I'll recommend to eat out at. Waited very long for a waiter to help us. Food took forever. And when it finally arrived, no sauces, salt or serviettes accompanied our foods. The chicken strips looked delicious, but turned out too sweet. Couldn't even finish it. Otherwise the kids had no complaints. Ultimate place for kids. Thank you.

Good to keep kids busy, just think they should ask a standard entry fee and open all activities then
