Very disappointed with the service from this branch! I recently relocated to Jhb South and this has to be the worst service for Mitsibushi! I will rather travel and return to Rivonia or West Rand for better service.Wish I could even contact this branch via phone!! Poor poor poor! Don’t waste your time here.

This is my third service today from Mitsubishi the Glen. The last two were a complete incompetent exercise with me getting the vehicle back over an hour after the promised time, both occasions. Also vehicle not washed.Today we all are experiencing power outages and the glen has no generator I am told. I am promised the vehicle at 16H00 and I have children to pick up at 16H30.I will never use the Glen facility again and probably not buy another Mitsubishi.

i see the dealership also or previously known as CMH Honda continues with its run of devious sales tactics. Do not buy or service your vehicle at this dealership. The principal has absolutely no principles... It seems that the staff are trained to be as devious as the management.

Never been so disappointed in my life. I had planned buying myself demo Eclipse as my birthday gift. I saw the car online and got a quote from Nkosi on 16 Oct 2020 and ensured that bank approval was sorted. On Thursday 22 Oct I called to confirm that I'll be viewing the car and signing the contract the next day. I drove all the way from Pretoria to the Glen on 23 October only to be given a run around by Nkosi. I only learnt from his colleague Ayanda after refusing to sign the wrong contract inflated by approximately 30k with more kms that Nkosi had actually sold the car that I wanted but had hoped I will buy whatever he was convincing me to buy. Nkosi didn't even have the decency to tell me this himself, he made an excuse saying he was overwhelmed and left it to his colleague to sort out his mess. I feel sorry for the owner. Forget about making sales as long as you still have people of Nkosi's caliber in your employ.
