I am so disappointed to know that I can not get help after a terrible incident happened to me... I bought the 4 piece rice, cake flour, Sugar and Maize meal. The store was out of stock with the sugar, but unfortunately I lost my phone and the slip was at the back of my phone, so when i asked them if I can get a copy of my slip using my smart shopper card, they can not help me.

Staff are terrible. Elna the cashier needs to show more respect for customers and Petunia the supervisor is slow.You all have got to show more enthusiasm for your work.
