An amazing store with the most beautiful tropical and marine fish species. The fish are in excellent condition and the store is very clean. They have a wide variety of products fro various pets and the staff is extremely helpful!

Most unprofessional sales personThis is the most unprofessional pet store I've ever been to. The guy in the marine section is selective of who he assists, and when you do manage to get his attention, it's as if he is doing you a favor by assisting you. Nevertheless I purchased a fish for my son, and out of everyone that he did assist, I was the only one to make a purchase. I will never return to this pathetic pet store.

I bought a bag of royal canine aging cat food which I always use it went moldy took it back am waiting 2 weeks for a back to be replaced they have my details not once did I get a follow up call I had to drive 13 km just to be told the rep is busy oh the replaced hasn't been just no follow up service I've used this product for years never had such terrible service from a store think I should contact royal canine direct but they sitting with my three quarter full 4 kg bag

Great variety on saltwater fish and corals, also bought a few freshwater fish for my son. Reasonably priced compared to other stores. The staff do tend to get busy sometimes but it gives you more time to browse, when they get to you they are very helpful and friendly

Fast, friendly, and overall great service. The staff is always will to help and got a passion for the work they are doing. I love to pop in just to browse when im in the area it stir up the passion in me as an aquascaper.

Nice selection of fresh water and salt water fish and they also have a good selection for all your aquarium needs. Sam is very knowledgeable and honest with his advice and a great asset to the store. They also sell dog food, cat food etc.

Very good selection of fish and products and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.I was looking for some specific fish and they were willing to order them for me and let me know once they had arrived.I am looking forward to the new location!

Poor service and worst customer experience ever...i was sold fish from later on brought to my knowledge a quarantine tank... Coursing most of my fish to die in the tank that I bought due to illness... I would not recommend them at all
