Bad and unprofessional service. Was passed of on trainee lawyer, who was reasonably good, when asked a question she could not answer wanted to confirm with the lawyer we were actually paying for their time, said lawyer had already left for the day. Still billed us for the full meeting time... Did not have card machine availible for payment

I have sent follow-up after follow-up email for a week, paid the quotation and submitted documentation yet I have not received a single confirmation email or any other communication since. The lack of service is absolutely horrible! How many more emails do I need to send before someone responds.
