I have no amount of words to describe how grateful I am with your design and for making it not just fantasy on paper but fantancy in real life. Your fitting guys are all so professional and take pride in their job. I will surely recommend some people to use easy life kitchens. Kavita and her team were fantastic, from the beginning of our renovation until the very end. My wife and I are completely in love with our new kitchen and we would recommend using Easylife Northriding in a heartbeat.

This is now 13 years and 3 experiences of ELK, all of which were six stars. We have worked with the North Riding office on two of the three occasions, most recently with a complete rebuild of a dressing room / study. The project was (again) managed by Marie, who from start to finish went the extra miles (and then some). Her original planning, design, and then her supervision throughout took all the stress out of the construction. When the predicted minor glitches present in any major project appeared, her response was immediate, and the solutions were found first time. Their installation team, headed by Gibbs, were flexible, working smoothly and efficiently from the very beginning. The team were meticulous in their care (during these Covid times), and cleaned up the site spotlessly at the end of every day.I have no hesitation in recommending this branch, its Head, Shawn, and especially Marie, Gibbs and his installation team, for their attention to detail in every way. Well done all.

I received great customer service from the branch and Kavita who designed the kitchen and managed the entire process from start to finish. From the first time walking into the Northriding branch the service was warm, welcoming and professional. We dealt with Kavita who was able to explain and differentiate why ELK was the way to go. She listened to what was our ideas and was able to deliver a kitchen way beyond our expectations. The installers are very efficient and quick. Challenges were dealt with professionally and speedily. Will highly recommend this branch because we have been to other branches but did not receive this level of service.

My kitchen was recently remodeled/renovated by Kavita, a Designer from the Northriding branch. From the first interaction with Shawn and Kavita, I was shown a very customer centered approach which is what I expected from a professional company. Based on my expectations (needs and wants) I was shown different concepts of what the end product would look like. Thanks for being patient with me whilst I was deciding. I was given clear time frames for project completion and was updated at every step of the installation process by Kavita. Kavita also made the time for multiple sites visits to meet with my building contractor. The installation team led by Goodwill was excellent. Their workman ship is of the highest standard. My new kitchen was handed over to me on 26/05/2021, ahead of schedule. The little gift was a nice touch - much appreciated. A few snags were identified but they were speedily resolved by Kavita. Thanks to the team at ELK - Northriding my dream kitchen has become a reality. I will be going back to them for my next renovation project as well.

My first interaction with a human at the ELK showroom left me feeling a bit like I was dealing with an 80's car salesman who avoided any talk of pricing and somehow still left me feeling like I was punching above my weight. But, buoyed by radio adverts stating: We’re much more affordable than you think"
