They are very unproffessional. I had to phone them occasionally to ask them when I can bring my car in after the insurance brokers contacted them. Eventualy I left a msg and made a date and time. They did not keep to the time. It has been 9 days today 7 working days that rhey have my car for a scratch and a cover that has to be replaced behind the rear mirror. We phoned them last Friday they said early this week. Seven days later we have not heared from them. Will not recommend them at all.

Fixed my dent. They done a good job, cannot make out there was a dent. Only small problem was they did not line up the fender and bonnet so the gap between the fender and bonnet was not the same spacing as my other side fender and bonnet. However it was something small which I can live with.

If you're not lodging an insurance claim for the repairs you're wasting your time speaking to them. They won't quote on the work. Geedy

I sent my car on Monday last week with their instructions ( 19/04/21),till today the car has not been touched.I an not pleased with what is happening.
