Persian Elegance

My beautiful Persian rug had been eaten by fishmoths and was also stained and very smelly from my cats. The carpet I received back was fresh smelling, the repair was done beautifully. What a pleasure doing business with them.

My carpet was cleaned and repaired which was done superbly. The lady with whom I dealt was so friendly and efficient. I will certainly recommend this establishment to anyone.

We have a collection of incredibly old carpets that we sent to Persian Elegance to have cleaned. We also selected two personal favourites to have restored. They were about 100 years old and worn with holes, but carried great sentimental value to us. Persian Elegance did a swift and professional job with the cleaning of all our carpets, but really blew us away with their craftsmanship and care when repairing our two chosen rugs. We’ll certainly be returning to have our other carpets mended and thank the team for their detailed and painstaking work!

We took our newly purchased Persian carpet for repair after one of our dogs chewed part of the border. The repair was excellent and showed a high degree of craftsmanship. There is no question that if we need any future repairs or cleaning, we will take our carpets to Persian Elegance.

I took my wool-cotton blend carpet to Persian Elegance for a repair that was caused by my dog almost chewing a hole through it. I also requested for the carpet to be cleaned. The owner did warn me, due to the carpets binding and repair needed it could take a while, about 6-8 weeks. At 7 weeks I received a message that the carpet was ready. I was amazed on how well they managed to patch the hole as well as how clean the carpet looked. Very happy with the service. Hopefully won't need a repair again, but will use for carpet cleaning!

I took a 30 year old Persian carpet to be cleaned and repaired…..or possibly to find a replacement, because it had been hammered. Fortunately the Shirzadis recommended i keep it. The original vibrance of it’s colours have been restored after a natural shampoo hand washing process and the fine binding along it’s edges.Initially the quote seemed high and two week wait period long, but it was well worth it.They even gave me some history around this carpet’s origin……turns out to be a very rare and ancient Parzirik weave.

What an absolutely incredible experience to meet and work with the Shirzadi's! I had a very odd request :-) I need four smaller wool carpets to be stitched into one big carpet - the Shirzadi's were up for the task & it was painstakingly hand stitched together so that the seams are completely invisible. I am completely in love with my carpet! They take immense pride in their work and perform every task with absolute perfection and joy. I had the loveliest conversations with them and they were extremely responsive and so very kind - always ensuring that I was informed, providing me with the best possible service and checking that I was happy every step of the way. I am already searching for the next project I can take to them :-)

I took my Persian carpet rug which had the fringes damaged to be repaired. I must say that it was perfectly repaired to the extent that no damage is noticeable at all. They also cleaned it which was wonderful. I will definitely be going back again if the need arises or if I want to buy another beautiful Persian carpet. Thank you to all involved.

My silk rugs have been cleaned and fixed and look like new. A couple of them needed new tassels and stitching and it has been done beautifully. It’s the second time I have used them and I will undoubtedly go back.

Recently had my silk-cotton rug cleaned (and have had a large woolen Persian rug cleaned twice before) and it came out perfectly, even removing a large stain without issue. They are the most knowledgeable and reliable persian rug cleaners in town, wouldn't trust anyone else with the job.
