Absolutely pathetic service from bithe the managers on duty. We went at 10.45 on Sunday morning, we politely asked the male manager for a table of 6, he suggested we wait for 10 minutes for a table, which we did. There were three people behind us who was seated first, I asked the female manager why she didn't assist us to which she replied she could not join the tables. The male manager then called us from across the room and hand sighed the table outside... we waited for him to come outside and told him that the table was in sun. He then with extreme rudeness told us that it was the only table he had and breakfast was almost over so you decide what you want to do. I stood there in amazement, wow, how hospitable. I asked my kids if they still wanted to support this place and we walked out. Extremely rude managers. Maybe they say we were Indian and thought they didn't need to give us the same respect they gave to white patrons. Absolutely terrible, pathetic service. If you are not white prepare to be humiliated.

I always go there for my solo dates and today was no difference. The waiters are friendly and the managers make sure you feel welcome. It looks like a healthy working environment. Waitresses were happily having their lunch when l left, with beautiful sounds of giggles. Keep up the good work !

Thanks Davina for the amazing service. Everyone was so awesome. Budget friendly lunch date. The ribs were a solid 4/10 though, saved by the sauce. The smoothies were very delicious. Will definitely come back to try something else.

We were super happy with the service received from Xavier, definitely the best service we've received since coming to the house of ribs. We love the carvery as it's a good deal for money, and the staff are always friendly with assisting us with the carvery.

The House of Ribs Edenvale is one of the best restaurants out there! The staff are extremely friendly and they never fail to deliver outstanding food and service!!! This place is absolute Value for Money as the food is so affordable and so delicious! This is definitely going to be my regular go to spot.

We had the R109 buffet dinner and honestly was not impressed. The ribs had an unpleasant sauce with it, the cream spinach and butternut tasted a bit sour. Wasn't a great first impression

Had takeaway ribs and prawns Saturday evening. Value for money. Went back for their breakfast on Monday. At R49 you get so much more than other eateries.

Called in for lunch yesterday to try this restaurant, we had ribs and the fish. We were assured the ribs where tender which sadly was not the case, it was presented on a plate with a small bowl of chips which when emptied into plate counted no more than 15. The fish was of equally poor quality. Spoke with waiter and two managers who apologised one offering more chips (however this was in addition to their portion size) after trying both meals and not being happy we asked for the bill. The waiter asked if we wanted a doggy bag to which I told him the food was not up to standard. The bill came and I waited for someone to check why the food was send back there was no response from either of the three managers on duty. I called one of the passing managers and explained our experience though apologetic no compensation was offered other than he would let the kitchen know the ribs where tough. So we paid and left no one even looked our direction as we departed.Bad qualityBad serviceAnd bad show.Possibly why on a Friday lunchtime there where two other tables with two customers restaurant was empty.Having read the reviews only the day after being there I would never have gone some shockers on here.

Top class eisben, much like salt Bae, straight of the bones. Prawns was lekker as well. A bit stingy on the sides tho chips wasn't even a small... But the well worth the price
