The care taker moos Adams is a Phenomenal personHelpful and friendlyHe cant even hurt a fly. So soft and tender .. the minor hall is not fancy but the caretaker is good

Belhar Minor Hall
It is a community centre that is usually used for public events of for private hire. I have only ever been there for private functions. It has parking, toilets and disability access. It is also used for people to collect their grants or pensions. Its maximum capacity can accomodate up to 450 people.
