We asked her to do infinity dresses for us, when we fit they were too big and too long.We then asked her to do alterations. She wanted to charge us for the alterations.She's very nice before she gets the money but after you have paid up she's incredibly rude. I'm not happy at all with her work and her services. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

Although grateful that they accommodated a rush order for our infinity dressesBoth dresses had quite large black koki marks on.We informed fantasy bridal of the koki marks after the wedding as the bridesmaids wanted to know if there was a way to clean the dresses, however, we were immediately met with rude remarks, as you can see below too,bear in mind that we did not ask for a refund at all, so not sure why it matters when we let her know regarding the marks,We simply wanted to let her know that there were marks on the dresses, and that we noticed this before the wedding, but as any bride who recently planned a wedding knows that the few days leading up to the wedding are chaos and we had to make do with the dresses as is and I did not even contact her before the wedding as it was too late already to take the dresses backThe dresses were transported were obviously transported with care and not close to kokis.
