Which armed response company takes an hour to respond to a panic alarm. I had to call the controller to ask where is the reaction officer. Tonight again, someone was in my yard and we pressed the panic button. No call, no reaction officer and it's 50min later already. Poor service. They're not there to protect the community. You'll be dead for hours before they'll come...
