I was incorrectly quoted. When asking for clarity after the installation was done, I called the head office to confirm the quote. The receptionist became irritated and slammed done the telephone without offering and apology. I will not recommend the company.

We first used them in Dec 2019 great service, however in Feb I contacted them to do pest control for myself and my parents house. Despite very quickly getting a quote and requesting making the booking, I had to follow up 3 or 4 times to confirm when they will come out at what time etc. Also my request for which property were to be done first this was ignored. Even the guys doing the job said customers complain so much about the lack of communication from the office and that I'm not the first person to say this, which is shocking.Unfortunately a proper job was not done at my parents house after which my dad contacted them to come out again. They did and still he has problems.I then reached out to the owner himself telling him about the lack of communication from his admin saying that I prefer not to deal with her. I showed him a picture of how bad the ants still are, after which he said his admin will be in contact.Almost the whole day went past no one had been in contact with us. I then told him this and pointing out that this kind of service is not acceptable.No apology from the admin or owner whatsoever.I'm so terribly disappointed in the service or lack of service we have received this time around.Do people really just not care anymore or have pride in their business

Does not work, moved into a new house infested with cockroaches, they came out twice using spray and bait but I still have an infestation

No quote given prior to arrival at job.No time arranged to do job at guest house.Unannounced arrival 07:20 despite guests still in cottages.Fumigator not given any contact details by boss or sales person.Trespassing onto property not assigned for job. Leaving job without doing the job and without again any communication.Owner was unable to hear our complaint and kept interrupting when called to discuss.Unpleasant experience and lacking in business professionalism.

Super service and really helpful, compassionate and friendly staff. Very accommodating and flexible to suit my needs and they were also very thorough. Hope I dont have to see them again, but if I do, I'll be happy enough to use their services. Thanks guys!

Reasonable price charged ,I have used well known competitor previously. Hygiene and Bugs explained what he was going to do. Young exterminator was informing me as he sprayed. 30 day warrantee too
