Fantastic service. I phoned Powerzone this morning to request a call out to install a new battery for my car that wouldn't start. They phoned back to say they had the correct battery and were on their way. By 11am the battery had been changed at my home and I paid via the mobile card machine. Easy peasy! The representative, Faison, was knowledgeable and offered good advice on how to prolong the life of the new battery. He showed me how to check the voltage to assess battery lifespan and advised that Powerzone had a free in shop service to charge the battery, as needed. I am impressed by their quick, helpful service and expertise. Thank you

Battery Powerzone Hillcrest were super helpful and delivered a battery to my daughter in Durban (at no extra charge) and when we had battery issues 2 weeks later they came out to help us and told us the issue and followed us to a garage that could help us. Very impressed with their service as it isnt common anymore to get this quality service. Will buy our batteries from here in the future for sure.

Top quality experience. All the staff were friendly - genuinely humorous and above all provided excellent service. Branch Manager Massimo Rinaldi was super knowledgeable and gave very balanced advice. He even managed to sort out the loose connection on my headlamp! Keep it up guys!

Just awful, 4 phone calls 3 were amswerphone the one answered was left on hold on the counter until l disconnected. Drove round to be told the promised battery ordered a week before was not delivered. They could not be bothered to phone and tell me.
