Really shocking service from your security team placed at the door at home affairs cape town. We waited since 4:30 am and because they failed to ensure crowd control, things got horribly out of hand. Lead by the female security, they refused entrance to the group wanting to apply for passports and this comes as a business requirement for my wife that had to be apllied for with her visa for a business trip. They messed this up big time and were extremely arrogant even laughing atbme when i said weve been waiting with 2 small kids in the car since 4:30am. Really not a good reflection kection on your company.
