Would give 0 stars if I could. Pathetic. Freda ignores my messages after reading, Rika advises me her property is not available anymore despite it still being on property24. I asked Rika to assist with getting a hold of the Freda to view the other property, she says she can’t and then blocks me.Can’t imagine how they treat their tenants if this is how they treat potential clients (who are interested in more than one of their properties!) Definitely dodged a bullet.

Very unprofessional. I had to deal with incompetent real estate agents like Sandy till it became unbearable. Threats from their end was the last straw for me. Would never recommend these criminals to my worst enemy.

Worst property agents ever. Would not recommend to anyone.1. They are unresponsive and never answer their phone.2. Agents are extremely rude and unprofessional.3. Agents lie and try to steal money wherever they can. Sandy and Nadine from Apple property stole my money. Never ever do business with them.4. After my last inspection and signing off with the agent on everything she went the following day and did the inspection over on her own without letting me know.If you like poor service and unprofessional staff this is the company for you.

Don't bother. Bad experience. Ironic how the one agent tells me straight that they don't need my business, then weeks later I get a pamphlet on my gate with their details on wanting to sell my house. I had a 'For Sale' board on my gate. Pathetic. Obviously he didn't know it was me he scolded over the phone when he put the pamphlet on my gate, but it irritated me.

Very unprofessional & disorganised and have major problems with their system getting hacked by scam artists. This resulted in us losing tens of thousands of rands.

Very poor , we had made the mistake to use them.Will never again and won't recommend to anyone.Seeing how the agents that sold our property deal with the buyers and sellers vs Apple property is a massive contrast.This place should not exist

Buying or selling, go elsewhere. It's been almost 9 months that I've been waiting for the house plans, something that should have been provided with the purchase. There's a whole list of other issues I can also mention, but what's the point?

How on earth are you suppose to sell/rent properties and still manage and keep the clients happy, if you do not even respond to a damn enquiry, i have the agents cell no, made contact, she read my message and still she still ignores it. glad i decided to come on here and check out the Reviews... it makes sense... Eskom has better Service than you guys !!!

Let a property through Apple Property. Very professional whilst I paid timeously and let the property. That was until post the exit inspection. Exit Inspection Agent mislead my son (tennant) conducting the inspection without him being present, then summarily withheld the keys..and wouldn't you know..got a boutique creations" company to rectify things
