Poor service, they charging a minimum spend before you can swipe which is against the law.i could spend all day paying their minimum swipe fee, but what grates my goat is that he services many pensioners who cant.

Been my third time here today. They have your everyday basic needs like Vicks and Pando but as soon as it comes to the big stuff the Indian pharmacist aggressively force's you to either take generics or begs you to come back later after they ordered it quickly. I'm sick and I need the meds now. So why would I just go to a pharmacy who already has everything I need like Clicks, Dischem and Synergy. A bit further but they always have everything.

Had an Extremely pleasant customer experience at Spar Bergvliet Pharmacy on Saturday 24/04/21, was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the front shop assistant even though she was busy with a customer. I asked her for what I wanted and within a minute my meds was waiting for me on the counter. I can attest the same with the Pharmacist on duty who without any hassle processed my medical aid details , and i was on my way within 10 minutes from walking in to walking out. I must mention that the prices are really competitive compared to bigger players in the industry and the personalised service has put the cherry on the cake for me which is rare these days. I would recommend Spar Bergvliet pharmacy any day!!!

It's been a pleasure to get to know the new pharmacists on duty, Mr Naidoo and Ms Platjie as well as Jonas at the front till. It may be a small location but it has all the necessities you may need from vitamins to hand sanitiser and everything in between!

Wow. The slowest service from the pharmacist ever! I was the only one in the pharmacy and it took 30 minutes to get an antibiotic for my son.
