I went there for my wisdom tooth extraction on Tuesday. It was my first ever extraction so I really have nothing to compare it to. Although my extraction was a bit more difficult than normal because of curved roots etc, I felt no pain or discomfort during the procedure. I was worked on by Doctor Valley, who apparently comes on Tuesdays exclusively for such procedures. He and the lady who was assisting were very nice and attentive to me during the procedure. (sorry I don't know the lady's name or title but I can only identify her as the only one I saw who wears a hijab, and she was so sweet, even before the procedure, explaining how everything would go.) Doctor Tayob also came to check up on me after, which I thought was nice.My gripe though was with one of the ladies at the front desk, the elderly one with grey hair. She vehemently disputed the recovery period recommended by the doctor, simply because she might have to answer the call and confirm it IF my employer called. After a back and forth with the doctor and me, she ended up writing one less days than recommended by the doctor. She then proceeded to make me wait for a long time for the letter, saying she was waiting for the doctor to sign it. That had not been the case though for the ones that had come before me. I think she should be more concerned with patients recovering well than what employers will think.
