Shield Express Car Wash
This WAS a five star establishment. It's unfortunate that the management recently decided to changed the soap they use. My cars have been coming out of the car wash dirty, and the guys when drying the car spread the dirt around which has resulted in costly pait damage to my vehicles. The cars have DEEP swirl makes after my last wash. Won't chance it again.

This is a review for the R500 valet. The staff are friendly and the place itself is neat, but the actual service did not live up to expectations:1. Only the visible parts of the interior were cleaned, all the glove boxes and storage compartments weren't touched. Also they didn't clean around gear lever even after I asked them to do so. Very annoying2. We were told promised 2-3" hours

Changing my rating from 5 to 1 star. Car wash was sub-par. Took over 2 hours, the guy removed my licence disc and didn't clean my mirror. Also added stains to my rear view mirror. They've lost a supporter. Upset isn't even the word.

Very professional. They pay attention to detail. I took my car after spending two weeks in the dusty streets of Limpopo. It was very dirty covered by mud but after they were done with it,it looked brand new.

Im very dissatisfied with this car wash, to my dismay i went back today cause its downstairs from the gym, i complained about my car not being properly cleaned on my previous wash and with grace from above again i drive out R120 later with a dirty half washed vehicle, for perspective i drive a 595 cabriolet, they only have a small bonet two side panels and half a boot to wash i dont understand how that is hard to get clean, i will NEVER use this outlet or brand again and I definitely wont recommend them, might as well close their doors looking at the other reviews, 0 stars

The basics of washing a car is missed.Tyres not washed property at the edges. Very sub standard wash overall. The issue is property supervision.
