Had a cup of coffee had my hair washed I'm sure coffee was spiked my scalp was burned by 2 female hairstylist in the salon worst experience ever Brazilian on scalp an hair cut whilst I was asleep worst experiences 2 black female stylist they shaved my scalp whilst I fell asleep

My hairdresser Courtney is amazing! I've been going to her for over 10 years now. Friends remark how thick and lovely my hair is even after pregnancy (before I was slowly losing my hair!)The only reason I don't give it a 5 star is because of reception. I have to call at least 5 times to get reception to answer. Sometimes, I even just give up and message my hairdresser directly.Please sort out your receptionists so there is someone to pick up the phone calls!

I went to highlight my hair...Damian assist me, and he was so great, he is so professional, he recommend products to my hair.My hair is so long and normally the hair stylists at other places take so long to blow dry my hair, but Damian did so quick and easily, that for the first time i enjoyed to be in a hair saloon.i strongly recommend him to everyone look for a master hair stylist.

Went there on 14 June 2023 for the first time. Roscoe was very helpful. The service is really good and the pricing is very expensive (I left paying over R4 000). Don't feel pressured to purchase their products. You're allowed to change your mind. I am happy with the service and the results. The lady who washed my head was really nice and friendly. I was a walk-in and felt invited.

Never taking my lady to @monique_francointernational again.Did a Brazilian ,@monna.pretorius said I must leave the pols jn my hair and it made it extremely oily. Had t0 go to a different hair salon for her to get it fixed.When @monique_francointernational is asked for help she did not help..

I am very disappointed.I cam to Franco international expecting the best.I did My Brazilian blowout and it was done wrong,It was done a lady named Mounique.I ask several times for help just to be ignored.I found out to fix what Mounique did to my hair and telling me to LEAVE IN the brazilian as a conditioner...it would coat me R5,0000
