On no less than 3 occasions have the receptionists at this practice gotten the date and time of appointments wrong. The first was for an appointment I had booked, wrong time jotted down. I let that go as these things happen. Second time my husband cancelled his appointment and we were phoned to confirm the appointment after. Third time was today where an hour of my day was wasted because the receptionist once again jotted down the wrong date. No apology, just a finger pointed at her scribbled note in their appointment book. Absolutely pathetic and unfriendly service. How difficult is it to confirm a date and time with an automatic sms / email. You have lost a customer and referrals I have made will be advised not to attend this practice. Very disappointed.

Dr Gilbert can sort out any dental problem conservatively, quickly and with no pain. Indeed a master of his profession. He is caring and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Above my usual appointments twice a year I went for the teeth whitening treatment and I have to say I am so impressed and so happy with the results. Thank you so much!

Dr Gilbert is such a super dentist. He is conservative and gentle. I won't go anywhere else!

Dr Gilbert is truly a miracle worker. I lost a front tooth over the weekend, within 30minutes he helped me out and created a temp solution so I could be back at work late Monday morning (no pain or discomfort 24hrs later). Dr Gilbert remains my only choice for dental work since 1984. Honestly a master at his craft. Dankie Dok!
