Terrible service. Working for a company that does a lot of business with hi-q and installed 4 new tyres on work bakkie last year. Going in to repair punture and being told that I will have to pay it as it will take to long to await for approval. This is your job and because someone is lazy the customer must suffer. Will not support them again at all !!!

Total disappointment of the quality of tires and customer service here at HiQ ladine. Bought 4 continental tires 235/3519 CONTI SC5P MO FR XL 91Y on 15 July 2022. My wife took the car to tiger wheel savanna when front left tire had a slow puncture and upon inspection she was told that the front tires are worn out and need to be replaced but this is less than a year of purchase and worse of it all this is continental and definitely not a racing car and mostly driven by my wife. The staff here is behaving like I’m taking chances and trying to cheat them. The car was 91 000 km then and now at 108117 km. I’m very disappointed with the brand itself and also how the staff is treating this making me look like a joke. I would never recommend this store nor buying branded tires from them cos now I don’t know what to think if they selling genuine tires or what. Before I changed these tires I drove with a much cheaper brand since 2018 and haven’t seen this mess I see now at almost 3 times the cost.

Went for Wheel Alignment and waited quite a while. Well, there were four vehicles before mine.Was impressed that they didn't make me pay as there was nothing they could do before I fix the tie-rod ends. (Other places would make you pay, like I experienced in the past!)Great stuff guys!!
