Wow guys thanks a lot for an amazing service. I bought some cell phone game controllers there and my 1st pair did not work so nicely. The assistant in the shop took his time and we tried every pair of controllers on my cell phone until I was sarltisfied. This was in July 2021. I am so happy with this outlet and would recommend anyone to go there. Really friendly, no nonsense service :-) Well done guys

I have had a handful of good experiences at this branch. Affordable products (this is where you come when you don’t want to pay R1000 for a silly cable from places like Apple). Staff have always greeted and asked if they can assist the moment I walked into the store.

I called to ask a simple question and one of the staff members could not answer properly. Instead of trying to understand my question, he put me on hold, giggled in the background and put the phone down in my ear. Incredibly unprofessional.

This store sells faulty products and then when I came to return it, yes I didn’t have the slip but proof on my bank account. They would not replace or refund my money. The customer service is so poor and I personally will never be buying from here again.

Didn't feel good going into the store as every staff was staring at me and my friends like we were pieces of meat. They even gestured to each other to look at us. And before anyone asks what we were wearing, we all wore baggy t shirts and jeans so we weren't distracting either. Disgusting. Not to mention they do it whenever we visit the mall and gesture at us through the window.
