Shocking service. We have vast experience printing photographs for our clients with different suppliers. We used Qphoto this time to take advantage of an advertised promotion.Some of the photographs they printed and delivered were so dark, you could not distinguish the people's faces - and we are talking about professionally shot corporate headshots. Upon bringing this issue to their attention, Qphoto dispatched duplicates of these photographs instead of fixing them first. The response from the client care consultant reads: The images were reprinted and were sent out on Friday and it is out for delivery. However

EDIT - It is now the 28th of March 2023 and I have still not had a single response from Qphoto. I see they comment on positive posts so they are active, just choosing not to respond. Way to go Qphoto. I will keep updating until I get a response.On the 19th of November 2022, I had a black and white photo of my recently deceased son printed at Q-Photo Parkview for framing purposes. We were told that the store was closing in 30 minutes and that it takes an hour for the photo to be printed. We asked if we should come back on Monday to collect and were told well

Ordered on a Tuesday (public holiday), and the photo book was delivered to my address the Friday morning, beautifully done and beautifully boxed, read to be gifted. Will definitely make use of them again

Received our books within a week which shows great service. The quality of the books was beyond expectation. We were extremely happy with the service from the staff as we had to have some interaction with Qphoto once we submitted our book on line through the web.
