NATAL POWER STEERING & SUSPENSION

For those who got free diagnostic yall very like I got there asked for a quote to fix my steering rack control module I was told 450 for diagnostics which I'm not willing to pay unless you can fix the problem.... But it looks like a good place... I didn't use their services tho

After I had my power steering repaired including replacement of hoses, the one hose was touching the radiator which rubbed through after a reasonably short time. When I returned with the vehicle NPS absolved themselves from any workmanship issues and I had to replace the hose. I believe their assessment was wrong.

Would NOT recommend. Went today to get a quote and the quote was R18000. When I took the car for an inspection, I wanted to Watch what they were doing however one of the workers insisted that I could not even look or view what they were inspecting. I left the door opened in the office to view what they were doing to MY OWN CAR! However I was chased away. If a mechanic doesn't allow you to view what they are inspecting or doing to your car, I would NOT trust them. The brake pedal felt worse AFTER inspection. I would not recommend them. TOYOTA themselves quoted me the same price with ORIGNAL parts. The fact that they don't show you what they are doing is big NO. AGAIN, would not recommend.

Promptly and professionally remanufactured a Steering Rack. The product was painted and very clean when we collected. We were in a hurry to get it back so the company finished the job quicker than the time quoted. The business is accessed from the main road in Pinetown as the rear of the premises is a one way street.

Was referred to NPS by my mechanic. I was helped soon anfter arriving. Graham and his friendly staff had my vehicle on the ramp, inspected and reported on some issues. Very professional
