I had bad experience at the McDonalds on Cnr Rivonia and Grayston drive, ordered from the machine and went to sit down, when our order was delivered to our table, the lady just dumped the tray on the table and left, I say dumped because of the harsh way she placed the tray, no greetings, no enjoy your meals or anything like that. The service was not welcoming, We just waited for my son to finish his meal so that we can be out of there. I believe the soup kitchen (free food) offers much better service than this.

People watch out when you buy food at mcdonalds in farramere corner great north and mercury street opesite kfc on thursday night the 27/04/2023 at 19:55 i bought through drive thru 2 big mac large meals and 4 cheese burgers with extra cheese payed for the extra cheese was charged 8 extra cheese opon collection i ask and the extra cheese yes its on left came home myself and my wife busy eating just to find that they scammed me all burgers only have 1 cheese on them and i payed for extra cheese tryed calling them as usual they never answer they phone i txted mcdonalds on facebook messenger that same night loaded that same night a review someone contacted me that next day to come to sort it out whereby i couldnt make it as i was working my wife went contacted the number that contacted me at first whereby it was the wrong mcdonalds then she spoke to the right person after the confussion was told that they cant give us our money back what they basically stole from us /scammed us with we must buy something for that amount whereby i do not want to buy something for that amount as that was my last time supporting mcdonalds ever in my life again i want my money back. Up and till today wereby this is stealing now we have heard nothing 02/05/2023 i am going to lay a complaint at head office after this then i will be opening a case of theft and going to the ombudsman.

Mc Donald's midridge, ###@@@@ lets hold back on the anger language. Firstly pay stations dnt work for card payments. Then you get to the till, you pay they come back we dont have syrup for mc flurry... Can u order something else. I tell them no thanks refund my money. Then the manager comes and asks a few time times to have something else. She then says give me ur bank account number, card number and id number.... With popi act mc donalds needs some training..... What a circus, coz those clowns are funny.... People just becareful of fraud do not ever give them your id number.

Extremely poor customer services, almost non-existent. Email address does not work. Emails are returned undelivered. Staff do not return calls.Contaminated food served at McDonald's Sunninghill, resulted in food poisoning.

We ordered 4meals. The cokes we received were all flat. No gas! The changed it for two milkshakes and two orange juices. The orange juice were also flat. The manager stated the ran out of concentrated juice. The could on full one glass and the blanance were put into the second glass. That was also returned and the refunded me with R31.50. The service was disgusting. Thank GOD we still have Nando's. Never again Mac D's

McDonald's as a company made the disastrous decision to replace their chicken legend burgers with one small, dull and unpleasant McCrispy burger, which most are not happy about.Won't be using McDonald's anymore, Burger King still has a proper chicken burger (their Royale with cheese/bacon).

We went to China Mall on Thursday 22/12/22 and I decided to take the kids to Mc Donald next to makro. The service there is very poor, staff insist on helping us by talking in Zulu. While waiting for our food I asked for tap water which had to cost me R2.. Also their fries were too dry and had to ask for tomato sauce and the lady who brought it wanted to even count sachets. The service there is very poor

This review is about MacDonalds as a company not my local store. A long time user of Macdonald's. I won't use them again because of their latest corporate hiring policy. Macdonald's UK has made the decision to give jobs to people of colour over British whites a direct act of discrimination. I cannot deal with any such organisation and won't buy another thing from any Macdonald's. Let's all forget about the colour of someone's skin or background, give jobs to people based on ability. If companies keep banging this racism drum then it will be a very long time before we can all be equal.

Not for the first time do I have an issue with McDonalds but today I bought and paid for lunch and snacks for my staff and when I got home the chicken burger was not in the bag.You ring.. no reply.. ring again.. and hold on then cut off... ring again.. no reply and on and on.It's not just the waste of money but the total lack of work pride, customer service, attention to detail and attitude.

Durban at 2am where its peak time for 24hrs McDonald's but both 24hrs McDonalds drive through are closed. Whats the point of opening and paying your workers money for night shift if they won't give you the profits you deserve because they relaxing when its peak time. Useless workers. So many cars are turning back
