The team at The Southern Rebellion are fantastic. Easy to get hold of. Easy to book with. Store is clean and beautifully maintained. Staff are professional and very helpful. Definitely one of the best experiences getting a tattoo here.

My first tattoo experience with The Southern Rebellion was incredible.Everyone is so incredibly friendly, and the store is spotless. There was also great music playing the whole time.There is a lot of effort put in to make sure that their customers are comfortable and happy throughout the entire experience.My tattoo artist was Bram, and he did an amazing job from coming up with the designs, all the way to completing my two tattoos. You can tell that he is very passionate in his work. Both my tattoos came out beautifully.I couldn’t be happier.

Talented Artists who love what they do! Professional and friendly staff. Nice and clean studio. Highly recommended, they turn your chaotic ideas into a beautiful, one of a kind design. One of my favorite places to be!

While the actual tattoos were done nicely their after service left me very disappointed. My sister , brother and I went for tattoos in honour of my mom and my brother came all the way from the Cape for this occasion. We were 2 weeks late for the '3 month ' period for our touch ups as my brother could only get to Joburg then. They refused to do the touch ups and even when we said we will pay a portion towards it they still refused. For a matter of 2 weeks they have lost our future business and will not recommend them to any of my friends .

I am absolutely blown away by the amazing work that Bram has done. This piece is extremely important to me and it was done so beautifully! The team at The Southern Rebellion are really friendly and encouraging throughout the process. They all really care about their clients and go above and beyond to make sure that you are comfortable. I am so impressed and I would highly recommend this store to anyone! I'll definitely be visiting them again very soon :)

The best experience I've had yet! From initial talk about ideas to brilliant design to the tattoos themselves! Warm, intelligent atmosphere, great playlist and extremely talented artists whose passion is evident in their work! Always 5 steps ahead of my thinking about my tattoos... I could not be happier! These guys are the best!
